Zumba class

In an effort to lose my neverending battle of the bulge I have been trying to walk with a friend as often as I can and today I went to a Zumba class.  All I can say is that the skinny bitch that is hiding inside me kicked my chubby a$$ today in Zumba!  BUT....i wanna go back tomorrow to kick her a$$!!   I can't seem to lose an ounce.  My daughters communion is coming up and I want to look gorgeous...is that too much to ask?

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and I am sick of being limited to my clothes shopping at the fat girl stores (AVENUE, LANE BRYANT, and the big woman sections at MACYS AND JCPENNY) some of  the selections they have to offer are either for 21 years olds or much older than a 35 year old (ME).

One of my besties Carrie has really been inspiring me lately.  She is a mom of 4 year old twins and 14 year old teen.  She also just recently started working again and  has been getting up at 5 am to go to yoga just about everyday.  I don't know how she does it.  I guess if you put your mind to it......it can be done.

I figured my main goal these days is to try not to focus on what I am eating but to make every effort to exercise and drink water which I don't do on a regular basis.  If I can accomplish this goal it will become a habit and then I can move on to eating better

Hi! Hang in there... losing weight is such a struggle but I think with your great attitude you'll be successful! My biggest challenge is usually getting myself started but once I'm done working out I feel so much better!

Thanks for the support...I really need it. Sometimes it feels so hopeless. Some exercise is better than no exercise

Yeah, now I found something interesting!. I really love to join in a dance class, but somehow I am not one of those person who were born to be a dancer.

Now I don't have to worry about my dancing talent! I already have something in my goal:" To join a Zumba Class!" I am sure It wont feel me something stressful because fun is all around!.By the way thanks for some encouragement!

Just dance with your heart, and your soul, and the weight disappears like nothing; the pain too, eventually.
